Work opportunities for students in Ireland:
- Part-time employment: All the students who enroll in a full-time course of 1 year in an Irish university are eligible to take part-time jobs in the country. On average, a student can earn around €9- €10 per hour while working part-time in the country.
- Full-Time employment: Students who complete a 3-4 years training program from an Irish university that the Irish Awarding Board lists are eligible to stay in the country for twelve months after completion of their studies. During this period, they are eligible to search for employment opportunities in the country and apply for the green card of Ireland.

Salient features
Part Time Work
During the academic session, international students can work in Canada up to 20 hours a week, and during vacations, they can work up to 40 hours a week.
Sponsors or third Party
Some countries allow blood relatives only to sponsor the student, however, in some countries, any third party can sponsor the student depending on country to country.
Funds Required
As per the country law if you are an international student then you have to show one year of living expenses in advance in your account then only you ll be getting a study permit.
Stay Back Duration
Some countries allow students to stay back as long as 1-3 years, however, some other countries allow only 1 month to 1 year. It depends from country to country.
Time Required for PR
In some countries, the minimum time required for PR is 1 year; however, if we talk about the maximum time required, it is 5 years. Depends on the country you are going to study.

Application Procedure
All the students who wish to study at the universities and colleges of Ireland have to submit the necessary documents along with their application to their selected university. Once the university verifies your records, you will get a confirmation offer letter.
A few things you must know about Irish universities:
- Irish universities have two semesters in their academic year.
- All Irish universities have two intakes in a year. The first intake is in September, and the second intake is in January.
- You don't have to clear the IELTS exam to study at Irish universities. However, some Irish universities require students to clear the IELTS exam to study there.
The Irish government provides an opportunity for students from all countries to study at its universities. However, as a prerequisite, students must get a student visa to study in the country. But the type of visa you will need to study in the country depends on the student's age and the kind of study program they wish to join in Ireland. The Irish government offers mainly two types of student visas to international students: an A-C study visa and a D-D study visa.

To get Ireland's visa, you will have to pay €60 as a visa fee.
