Part Time Work
During the academic session, international students can work in Canada up to 20 hours a week, and during vacations, they can work up to 40 hours a week.
Sponsors or third Party
Some of the countries allow blood relatives only to sponsor the student, however in some countries any third party can sponsor the student depends on country to country.
Funds Required
As per the country law if you are an international student then you have to show one year living expense in advance in your account then only you ll be getting study permit.
Stay Back Duration
Some of the countries allow students to stay back as long as 1-3 years, however some other countries allow only 1 month to 1 year. Depends on country to country.
Time Required for PR
Minimum time required for PR in some of the countries 1 year however if we talk about maximum time required is 5 years. Depends on country you are going to study.

Application Procedure
Getting admission to Canadian universities is not that easy. Each university has its own selection criteria for each course. Most Canadian universities have three intakes in an academic year. However, most institutes and colleges complete their student intake in the months of August-September and January-February. Some universities also offer admission opportunities in the summer.

- You will need to carry a COVID-19 negative report to travel to the USA for studies.
- Students with a study permit are allowed to work in Canada for around 20 hours/per week.
- If you plan to study a UG course at one of the universities in the USA, you will need around USD 20,000 to USD 40,000. Similarly, if you desire to study a PG course at an American university, you will need around USD 32,000 or more.
- Students with permanent employment opportunities in the country can apply for PR in America.
- You will need around USD 18,000 to cover your annual living expenses in the USA.
Here is the list of what You will have to Clear to Study at an American University
- IELTS and TOEFL exams for a graduate program
- GRE exam for arts, science, and math programs
- GMAT for MBA programs.
Students must have a TOEFL score of 70-80 for UG programs and 80-90 for PG programs. Moreover, you must have an IELTS score of 6.0-6.5 for UG programs and 6.5-7.0 for PG programs.
What Are the Prerequisites to Study in an American University?
- For undergraduate programs: 10+2
- For Graduate programs: 16 years of education is mandatory
Note: Some institutes may require you to have three year’s degree to enroll in their master’s program
